產品概述
電磁脈沖閥專為除塵設備的應用而設計，具有高流量、長壽命、瞬間開關的閥門，由電磁先導控制其開通和關閉，由于先進的設計，使閥門具有良好的流體性，采用頂級丁晴橡膠膜片，故而具有壓力損失低，多年研發經驗使得產品更加成熟，保證了電磁脈沖閥得到脈沖電信號時快速開啟和完成脈沖后的迅速關閉。
高純度鋁合金壓鑄閥體，頂級特殊夾物組成的電磁脈沖閥膜片，使得膜片具有極高的拉伸強度、抗老化性和較低的磨損量，使得電磁脈沖閥噴吹壽命高于100萬次或三至五年使用不損壞。
電磁脈沖閥線圈采用高于國標級絕緣注射在防護等級為}P65全灌封，全銅漆包線，圈數高于國家標準，保證電磁脈沖閥600萬次通電吸合不損壞，電磁線圈可以在脈沖閥芯上360“旋轉，接線盒可以4x90°旋轉安裝，可防止暴露在露天時雨水進入，極大方便了不同角度安裝。
產品介紹
DMF-ZM型電磁脈沖閥輸入口與輸出口夾角為90°稱之為直角閥，其輸入、輸出口為外螺紋，并配備壓緊螺母，分氣箱(氣包)上的短管或噴吹管直接插入閥的輸入、輸出口的錐形密封圈內，并擰緊壓緊螺母，安裝方便、氣流通暢，能提供理想的清灰氣脈沖，適用于各種過濾單元的清灰。

安裝方法提示
1、電磁脈沖閥的噴吹氣源由氣箱(氣包)提供，分氣箱有方形和圓形二種，圓形分氣箱耐壓力效果較好，使用淹沒式電磁脈沖閥時，方形分氣箱安裝比較方便。
2、分氣箱的截面積和長度決定儲氣容積，其容積應滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后，箱內剩余壓力不低于噴吹前壓力的50%，進氣管內徑決定向分氣箱充氣速度，其速度應滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后10s內使箱內氣體恢復至噴吹前壓力。
3、脈沖閥應安裝在分氣箱的上部或側面，安裝側面時脈沖閥輸入端中心不應低于分氣箱側面中心線以下，脈沖閥不可安裝在分氣箱底部，同時脈沖閥輸出端應安裝處于水平或向下位置，不可安裝向上位置。
4、噴吹管的噴吹孔應小于18左右，開孔為:8-32mm(遠小近大)，噴吹管離布袋口200-400為宜。
